Celebrate the season with Big Mouth & The Power Tool Horns at DCA’s very own, first-ever Ugly Christmas Sweater Party! Nothing says Christmas like a campy outfit and the finest blues, jazz, and rock this side of Green Bay. Big Mouth, one of Door County’s most popular bands, is known throughout Wisconsin for playing an eclectic and dance-worthy mix of blues, jazz, and rock music. Forty years after the band was founded in Michigan by guitarist Jay Whitney, Big Mouth is still going strong, now featuring a horn section, The Power Tool Horns. Funniest Holiday Story Competition:
Folks of all ages are invited to share their funniest holiday story with us. Email written, video, and audio recordings to marketing@dcauditorium.org by December 16. Audio or video recordings should be less than 5 minutes long and written submissions should be no longer than 750 words. The winning story teller wins a $220 prize and will be invited to read their story prior to concert.
Ugliest Sweater Competition:
Arrive at DCA at 6 p.m. prior to 7 p.m. showtime. Cider and cookies will be served in the lobby. Cash prizes awarded at intermission. $220 for Ugliest Sweater Grand Prize. $22 for People's Choice, Best Group, and Best Youth.
